From Downtown Wilson
Head southwest on Raleigh Road (US-264 Alt) toward Forest Hills Road. Turn onto Forest Hills Road SW, then turn onto Wooten Blvd SW. Our office is located in Building B at 2801 Wooten Blvd SW.
From I-95
Take the exit for US-264 East toward Wilson. Continue on US-264 East, then take the Forest Hills Road exit. Follow Forest Hills Road toward town and turn onto Wooten Blvd SW. Our office will be in Building B at 2801 Wooten Blvd SW.
From Greenville
Take US-264 West toward Wilson. Take the Forest Hills Road exit and follow Forest Hills Road, then turn onto Wooten Blvd SW. Look for Building B at 2801 Wooten Blvd SW.
Parking
Free patient parking is available on site. Please use the entrance located on the right side of the building. Accessible parking spaces are located near the building entrance for your convenience.
